Why are fluorine lined pipes called plastic kings? At the same time, the axial tensile strength of the pushed (extruded) pipe is significantly better than that of the wound pipe. This pipe has ideal resistance to positive and negative pressure.

Type IV: PTFE reinforced fluorine lined pipes: Fluorine lined pipes are a perfect combination of plastic and metal. In order to solve the problem of positive and negative pressure resistance of DN25-500mm lined straight pipes and pipe fittings, we use the following lining process: in the PTFE loose-lined pipe, set the metal support ring (?6-16mm) of PTFE lining at a certain distance, and make the inner wall corrugated. On the one hand, the support ring is fixed; on the other hand, the thermal expansion and contraction of the PTFE lining is better compensated, so that the pipe has good resistance to positive and negative pressure.
