Product Description.

KMT-1000 is a semi-rigid cross-linked polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) heat shrink tubing. PVDF has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, high dielectric strength and excellent tensile strength. Its homogeneous structure (uniform distribution of properties) gives it consistency and high performance, and KMT-1000 heat-shrinkable tubing is essentially free of pinholes, lines, cracks or impurities.

● Abrasion protection for laparoscopes and in vivo instruments

● High-performance insulation of electrically charged surgical equipment

● Strain relief

Product features:

● Heat shrinkage ratio < 2:1.

● Operating temperature range: -55°C to 175°C.

● Satisfactory adaptation to sterilization environments after shrinkage: gamma, ethylene oxide (ETO), steam, dry heat and autoclaves.
